THE KING

THE KING
The Gloved One -A musical prodigy, Michael's singing and dancing talents were amazingly mature, and he soon became the dominant voice and focus of The Jackson 5. An opening act for such soul groups as the O-Jays and James Brown, it was Gladys Knight (not Diana Ross) who officially brought the group to Berry Gordy's attention, and by 1969, the boys were producing back-to-back chart-busting hits as Motown artists ("I Want You Back," "ABC," "Never Can Say Goodbye," "Got to Be There," etc.). As a product of the 1970s, the boys emerged as one of the most accomplished black pop/soul vocal groups in music history, successfully evolving from a group like The Temptations to a disco phenomenon.

Diddy Talks Lil Wayne Jail Visit

Diddy went to Rikers to visit incarcerated tattoo face, Lil Wayne. Diddy recently spoke to MTV about the meeting. He didn’t reveal may details, calling the visit “personal,” but says Wayne is hanging in there.
Wayne is a trooper. Wayne is doing great. It was a personal visit, so I don’t want to get into the details of that. We’re just counting down the days of him getting out. He’s somebody that has been there for me over the years numerous times. I live in New York. It wouldn’t have been right if I didn’t go see him and check on his health and well-being. But the status of where that’s at, that’s his personal business.”
So here’s the million dollar question, why do you think Diddy felt compelled to go see Wayne but he never went to visit Shyne?
